What I’ve Been Reading This Week

It’s that time of the week again!  So here is a little selection of stuff that has caught my attention over the last seven days.

Most of us are desk-bound for a good portion of the day and there are ever-increasing piles of evidence that this is really bad for your health.  While I completely support all efforts to sit less, sometimes you just don’t have a choice.  So if you are sat a desk a lot, you might want to check out Rupal Patel’s tips to at least have good posture.

I loved this MindBodyGreen article by Jennifer Pastiloff, explaining what she means by “manifesting”, or “making s**t happen”, in a no-nonsense, straight-forward way.  I really admire her attitude to life.

BangsAndABun is one of my favourite blogs and I highly recommend you check her out.  This week, she simply asked What If?  It made me stop and appreciate the limitless potential life has to offer in every moment.

One of the other blogs I follow regularly is World of Wanderlust and I particularly liked this post of 20 Small Reminders.  No 2 has been a motto of mine for sometime now (in fact, this attitude helped me make a really difficult decision recently – I am writing a post about hard choices so stay tuned).  But I also really like 8 and 20!

So those are some of the things that I have been reading this week.  Is there anything that  caught your eye that you think I would like?
